Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will be expected to demonstrate and develop capabilities in the following areas:

  • Designing and implementing security strategy, roadmaps, and target operating models, including governance frameworks over processes, controls, organization, and infrastructure for cybersecurity management.
  • Leading projects and initiatives to design and verify the implementation of various information security controls.
  • Governing security design and architecture during project delivery by enforcing established standards and evolving solutions.
  • Managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, staffing, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
  • Overseeing the delivery of cyber training engagements and awareness initiatives to improve cyber culture within client workforces.
  • Conducting analysis of security requirements and controls to identify gaps and provide recommendations based on industry best practices, trends, and technology products.
  • Cultivating relationships with clients and sharing knowledge while leveraging prevalent methodologies.
  • Owning and managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, utilization, margin management, and commercial performance.
  • Leading the design, development, and delivery of capability building programs to clients.
  • Managing multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
  • Working effectively within a constantly changing environment as part of a team of Advisors.
  • Leading proposal development, pursuits, and other business development activities to grow the cyber strategy portfolio.
  • Identifying potential opportunities and opening new markets.
  • Identifying and evaluating business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
  • Assisting in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects.
  • Actively participating in decision-making with engagement management and seeking to understand the broader impact of current decisions.
  • Generating innovative ideas and challenging the status quo.
  • Facilitating the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and implement products and services.
  • Playing a substantive and lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing.
  • Assisting in the retention of professionals.
  • Participating in training efforts.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other services.
  • Demonstrating general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and Deloitte & Touche products and service lines.
  • Building and nurturing positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
  • Understanding clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches.
  • Participating in proposal development efforts and "add-on" sales to clients.
  • Maintaining membership and visibility in professional and civic organizations.
  • Supporting clients in understanding and addressing applicable cyber training and awareness requirements as per cyber laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across KSA and the GCC.

Required Experience and Work Environment

This role requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record in cyber strategy, transformation, and talent/culture initiatives. The position is full-time and based in Riyadh, operating within a dynamic environment as part of an advisory team. Flexibility to travel across the region is also required.
