The Senior Manager, DPP Audit Role

KPMG Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join its Department of Professional Practice (DPP) in Audit Methodology. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, is central to the firm's audit quality agenda. The Senior Manager will serve as a technical leader, providing essential guidance, tools, and templates to audit engagement teams across the Middle East, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and digitally innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead responses to technical inquiries and consultations from engagement teams.
• Provide technical leadership on complex auditing matters for high-risk and public engagements across various industries.
• Lead regional training programs and technical learning initiatives.
• Monitor new and updated standards, methodology, and related internal and external resources.
• Lead and support audit quality initiatives, collaborating with regional DPP teams on strategic projects.
• Represent KPMG Middle East in regional and global DPP working groups as appropriate.
• Contribute to regulatory readiness and inspection responses when required.
• Coach and mentor managers and junior DPP professionals where relevant.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong auditor with 5-10 years of relevant experience. This role is suited for professionals who enjoy solving complex auditing issues, developing comprehensive guidance, and collaborating with engagement teams across a diverse range of industries. Candidates from industry, the public sector, smaller firms, or other 'Big Four' organizations are encouraged to apply.
