Senior Manager Digital Change Management

About the Role

Team Saudi is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Change Management to lead and embed effective change management practices across SOPC+ digital transformation initiatives. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and is critical for ensuring the successful adoption, utilization, and sustainability of digital solutions. The role focuses on driving structured organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness across SOPC entities, bridging strategy, delivery, and people impact to maximize the value of digital programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of digital change management strategies aligned with SOPC’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Ensure consistent application of change management methodologies across strategic digital programs and initiatives.
• Drive adoption and behavioral change to support successful implementation of digital solutions, including SAP and enterprise platforms.
• Identify key stakeholders and develop targeted engagement plans to address change impacts across SOPC entities.
• Develop and oversee integrated communication plans that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of digital initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on change readiness, resistance management, and adoption risks.
• Assess organizational readiness and conduct impact assessments for digital initiatives and transformation programs.
• Define mitigation actions to address people, process, and capability gaps resulting from digital change.
• Coordinate training enablement and knowledge transfer activities in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Work closely with Strategic Programs Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, IT, and Data teams to ensure change activities are fully embedded within program delivery plans.
• Support demand intake and prioritization by assessing change complexity and adoption risks of proposed initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between change activities, solution design, and delivery timelines.
• Define and track change management KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of digital initiatives.
• Provide insights and reporting on change outcomes to senior leadership.
• Continuously refine change management approaches based on lessons learned and evolving organizational needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital change management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex change management strategies for digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with large-scale digital solution implementations, including SAP and enterprise platforms.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams including Strategic Programs Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, IT, and Data teams.
