Senior Project Controls Manager Change Management

About the Role

Mace Group is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager - Change Management to join their team in Riyadh. This part-time role involves working on a large new build airport project in Saudi Arabia, which aims to set a global benchmark for aviation experience and attract 120 million passengers by 2030. Mace Group combines construction expertise with consultancy to enhance projects and align with company values.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Change Management process within an assigned program as part of the PMO team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all change-related matters.
• Provide guidance to project teams in developing, coordinating, and progressing Change Requests through the governance process.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and alignment across all functions.
• Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant degree or equivalent, with progression toward chartership with a recognized professional body. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
• 5-10 years of experience in Change Management, PMO, Project Controls, Commercial, Governance, or similar functions on major projects or programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews, approvals, and governance processes.
• Experience working on major infrastructure, aviation, construction, or capital programs.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programs for a project management consultancy business, as required for immigration and client approval.

Required Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project controls, cost, schedule, risk, and commercial management principles.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of program governance, assurance, and change control best practices.
• Experience with Unifier (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple change requests and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
