Senior Manager Finance Ramp up (CORS )

About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Finance Ramp up (CORS) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for managing the financial ramp-up of assigned assets, ensuring alignment with go-live dates and establishing robust financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance ramp-up for assigned assets, from initial kick-off with the pre-opening team through to final handover.
• Execute the ramp-up plan, including planning and build phases, ensuring alignment with the go-live date.
• Develop and maintain the ramp-up project charter, detailing scope, timeline, resourcing, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Define the asset Finance target operating model and workforce plan in collaboration with asset leadership.
• Act as the hiring manager during the recruitment process, then onboard and coach the asset Finance team as it is formed.
• Guide the asset in adopting Qiddiya Finance policies, procedures, and interfaces, and validate any deviations from standard practices.
• Confirm the data structures and system interfaces with QIC Finance.
• Provide launch and stabilization support at go-live, then conclude the project with a handover and documented learnings.
• Report progress and challenges to the Senior Ramp-up Manager and asset stakeholders, and support Steering Committee sign-off.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience in developing financial operating models and workforce plans.
• Proven track record in team building, onboarding, and coaching.
• Familiarity with financial policies, procedures, and system interfaces.
