Overview of the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models for a portfolio of strategic development projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 8+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating robust financial models, driving investment analysis, and supporting business planning. The role involves evaluating strategic opportunities and providing data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. This position requires deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, feasibility assessment, scenario planning, and portfolio performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models.
• Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Analyze project and portfolio performance, including IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
• Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and investment committees.
• Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects.
• Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, investment analysis, or project finance.
• Strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
• Experience with DCF valuation, feasibility studies, forecasting, and business planning.

Required Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
