Senior Manager Financial Analysis & Modeling (SBU )

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models for a portfolio of strategic development projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a highly analytical professional with deep expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating robust financial models, driving investment analysis, supporting business planning, and evaluating strategic opportunities. The role involves providing decision-making insights to senior leadership and requires strong capabilities in valuation, feasibility assessment, scenario planning, and portfolio performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models.
• Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Analyze project and portfolio performance, including IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
• Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and investment committees.
• Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects.
• Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, investment analysis, or project finance.
• Strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
• Experience with DCF valuation, feasibility studies, forecasting, and business planning.

Required Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
