About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis (CORS) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring robust financial governance and project controls across assigned projects and portfolios within the organization.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager will lead project controls and financial governance, providing comprehensive oversight of contracts, budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting. This role is critical for delivering strategic financial insights, strengthening control frameworks, and supporting senior leadership in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract variations, change orders, and extension of time/cost claims, ensuring proper evaluation, documentation, approvals, and reporting.
• Oversee the utilization of project contingencies and provisional sums, ensuring disciplined budget control and alignment with approved business cases.
• Direct cost monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing clear insights and mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Ensure the integrity and reconciliation of data across SAP, Primavera P6, Unifier, BIM, and related systems.
• Oversee monthly accrual reviews and financial close activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide high-level oversight of schedule changes and integrated cost/schedule impacts.
• Lead risk and opportunity reviews, ensuring timely identification, assessment, and escalation of key exposures.
• Act as a senior liaison between Finance, Commercial, and Project Delivery teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Mentor and guide project controls teams, promoting governance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Project Controls or Development Finance, preferably within a large construction company, large developer, or Project Management Consultancy (PMC).

Work Environment and Collaboration

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with various internal departments, including Finance, Commercial, and Project Delivery teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives and maintain financial integrity.
