About the Senior Manager - Governance and Stakeholder Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Governance and Stakeholder to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time leadership position is integral to the Transport Division, focusing on establishing and managing comprehensive engagement frameworks for multi-modal transport systems.

Role Purpose and Strategic Impact

This critical leadership role is responsible for developing and overseeing robust engagement frameworks that span multi-modal transport systems, both within and beyond the Qiddiya boundary. The primary objective is to cultivate enduring relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, community groups, and industry partners. The role also involves facilitating, agreeing upon, and tracking transport governance and stakeholder requirements across Qiddiya Transport, internal and external governance bodies, and various infrastructure and service providers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage robust engagement frameworks for multi-modal transport systems.
  • Build and maintain enduring stakeholder relationships with government, community, and industry actors.
  • Facilitate, derive, agree upon, and track transport governance and stakeholder requirements.
  • Design stakeholder engagement templates and generate actionable insights.
  • Negotiate internal transport governance processes and formal stakeholder agreements with senior public and private sector counterparts.
  • Oversee the establishment of clear communication channels and ensure adherence to internal processes.
  • Implement stage gate and committee governance oversight, continuous feedback systems, and performance measurement to enhance engagement effectiveness and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated capability as a strategic yet hands-on leader.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Significant experience navigating complex regulatory, transport governance, and operational landscapes, particularly within the Middle East.
  • Proficiency in designing stakeholder engagement templates and insights.
  • Proven ability to negotiate internal transport governance processes and formal stakeholder agreements effectively.
