We are seeking a Stakeholder Assistant Manager National to join our full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to our strategic project management consultancy efforts within the region.

The Project in Riyadh

Mace is currently providing strategic project management consultancy for significant developments in Riyadh. This encompasses major new-build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments, and wider precinct transformations. The scope of work includes delivering new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, establishing major mixed-use amenities, and implementing robust knowledge transfer initiatives to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing stakeholder and communications strategies, ensuring alignment with the Mace Control Centre and wider organisational frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and their representatives.
• Support the delivery of functional management plans, including performance reporting and review activities.
• Contribute to the application of stakeholder and communications methodologies and the operational delivery of regional/team strategies.
• Provide guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members where required.
• Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Required Qualifications

• A degree qualification in a relevant subject is essential.
• Professional membership is considered an advantage.

Essential Experience and Project Requirements

• 9 years of post-graduate experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience within stadium projects.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be met.
• Relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business is required for immigration and client approval.
