About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager of Stakeholder, Governance, and Community Engagement to join its Transport Division. This full-time leadership position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and plays a critical role in establishing and managing engagement frameworks for multi-modal transport systems.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing robust engagement frameworks that span multi-modal transport systems, operating both within and beyond the Qiddiya boundary. A primary focus of this role is to cultivate enduring relationships with key government, community, and industry stakeholders. The position also involves facilitating, defining, agreeing upon, and tracking transport governance and stakeholder requirements across Qiddiya Transport, internal and external governance bodies, infrastructure providers, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish clear and effective communication channels.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide governance oversight for stage gates and committees.
• Implement continuous feedback systems and performance measurement tools to enhance engagement effectiveness, support decision-making, ensure compliance, and foster positive community sentiment.
• Cultivate a high-performance team culture that emphasizes learning, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and the integration of stakeholder management and governance best practices throughout the Business Unit.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities. Significant experience navigating complex regulatory, transport governance, and operational landscapes, particularly within the Middle East region, is essential.

Core Competencies

The successful candidate will be proficient in designing stakeholder engagement templates and deriving actionable insights. This role also requires strong negotiation skills for internal transport governance processes and formal stakeholder agreements with senior public and private sector counterparts.
