The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Infrastructure Planning to join our team. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing infrastructure planning strategies essential for the successful execution of Qiddiya's projects. The Senior Manager will lead the planning process, ensuring all infrastructure initiatives align with the company's overarching vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic infrastructure planning initiatives, integrating them into the broader development framework of Qiddiya.
• Conduct detailed analyses of current infrastructure systems and identify enhancement opportunities to support project goals.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans, ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and design teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication, fostering strong relationships with external agencies, consultants, and community partners.
• Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor infrastructure planning progress, providing timely updates and recommendations for improvements to senior management.
• Encourage and mentor team members, promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and professional development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure planning and strategy development. This role requires a leader capable of guiding complex planning processes and managing diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
