About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to oversee and coordinate all aspects of operational preparedness for its entertainment and cultural projects. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, is crucial for ensuring the successful launch and ongoing operation of world-class facilities, focusing on strategic planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive operational readiness plans aligned with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams, operations, engineering, and stakeholder groups to integrate operational readiness considerations into project execution phases.
• Lead readiness assessments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies for successful project launches and sustained operations.
• Oversee training and development initiatives to prepare staff and operational teams to meet defined performance standards.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and performance, reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and industry standards in operational readiness.
• Champion a guest-focused approach throughout all operational readiness efforts to enhance the overall visitor experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in operational management or readiness.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the entertainment or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
