About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to join its team in Riyadh Province. This leadership position is critical for ensuring the successful launch and operation of projects within the entertainment and cultural sectors. The role focuses on preparing all operational aspects to meet high standards of quality and guest service.

Role Context and Purpose

The Senior Manager - Operational Readiness will develop and implement strategies to ensure projects are fully prepared for operational launch. This involves close collaboration across departments to integrate operational requirements throughout the project lifecycle, mitigating risks and ensuring readiness for service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic operational readiness plans aligned with Qiddiya’s vision for project execution.
  • Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration to embed operational requirements into project lifecycles.
  • Conduct operational readiness assessments to identify levels of preparedness and potential risks, proposing solutions.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for employees in new operational roles.
  • Monitor operational performance using key performance indicators and report insights to senior management.
  • Lead risk management initiatives to address operational challenges and establish contingency plans.
  • Enhance guest experience by tailoring operational readiness processes to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in operational management or readiness, preferably within the entertainment or large-scale project sectors.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing operational strategies that improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Experience in executing training and readiness programs for diverse workforces.
  • Familiarity with the cultural landscape and regulatory environment of Saudi Arabia is a plus.
