The Role: Senior Manager - Operational Readiness

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the seamless launch and ongoing operation of our innovative entertainment and cultural projects.

Role Purpose

The Senior Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of operational preparedness for Qiddiya’s facilities. This role focuses on strategic planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional guest experiences from project inception through sustained operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive operational readiness plans aligned with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, operations, engineering, and stakeholder groups to integrate operational readiness considerations into project execution phases.
• Lead readiness assessments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project launches and sustained operations.
• Oversee training and development initiatives aimed at preparing staff and operational teams to meet defined performance standards.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and performance, reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and industry standards in operational readiness.
• Champion a guest-focused approach throughout all operational readiness efforts to enhance the overall visitor experience.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in operational readiness or a related field. The role requires strong capabilities in strategic planning, risk management, cross-functional leadership, and performance monitoring to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
