About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Operational Readiness to oversee the successful implementation of operational aspects for its projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province.

Role Overview

The Manager - Operational Readiness will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure all operational elements are prepared for project launches. This involves aligning operational readiness initiatives with the company's objective of delivering world-class entertainment and leisure experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive operational readiness plans for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with departments including project management, design, and HR to ensure all operational requirements are met prior to launch.
• Conduct detailed assessments of operational readiness, identifying gaps and recommending solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Design, implement, and oversee staff training programs to equip teams with the necessary skills for operational excellence.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and readiness, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project rollouts.
• Foster a customer-focused culture among staff to ensure high standards of guest experience are met.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in operational management or readiness roles.
