About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Operational Readiness to oversee the preparation and execution of operational plans for its projects. This role is essential for ensuring all operational aspects are in place to support successful project launches and deliver high-quality guest experiences. The position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and is a full-time role.

Role Purpose and Context

The Manager - Operational Readiness will be responsible for ensuring that all operational elements are prepared and functional prior to project commencement. This involves close collaboration with various teams to align operational readiness with project timelines and organizational objectives, ultimately contributing to the smooth operation of Qiddiya's ambitious projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage operational readiness plans in alignment with project schedules and company goals.
  • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and internal departments to identify operational requirements and address potential deficiencies.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of operational readiness, verifying the preparedness of all systems, processes, and resources for launch.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of training programs for operational staff to ensure competence and adherence to established standards.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational performance and readiness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify potential operational risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to prevent issues during project rollouts.
  • Promote a guest-focused approach that prioritizes service excellence and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational readiness, operations management, or similar roles, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and successfully complete complex projects.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture, business practices, and the regulatory environment is considered advantageous.
