About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager People & Performance to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving people-related initiatives that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, resource mobility, and workforce planning across the company.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager collaborates closely with Qiddiya and Delivery Partner HR Business Partners, HR Centres of Excellence, leadership teams, and functional heads. The primary objective is to develop and implement performance management frameworks, employee development programs, and culture-building initiatives that align with Qiddiya's ambition as a transformative entertainment and lifestyle destination. This role acts as a change agent, ensuring people strategies support corporate objectives and foster an inclusive, motivated, and collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize workforce planning and allocation to deploy the right people with the right skills at the right time across E-BU projects.
  • Deliver and support effective onboarding programs to enable new joiners to integrate quickly and perform efficiently.
  • Strengthen learning and development initiatives to enhance technical and leadership capabilities across Business Unit teams.
  • Implement structured performance management to drive accountability and improvement through consistent goal setting and feedback.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration to exchange best practices and expertise that enhance team performance.
  • Facilitate cross-business unit interface and collaboration where required, as well as any ad-hoc initiatives across the Business Unit.
  • Coach leaders on managing employee performance, difficult conversations, and talent development.
  • Provide front-line support to project teams, offering guidance and advice on issues and applicable escalation routes.
  • Manage Delivery Partner timesheets and maintain Delivery Partner people data.
  • Undertake general reporting responsibilities, including business reporting and government entity reporting.

Performance System Design and Execution

This role leads the design of Delivery Partner performance measurement systems and oversees the integrated execution of these systems. This includes developing recognition programs and continuous feedback processes aimed at building a high-performing, integrated workforce.

Experience Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in people and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, leadership, and functional heads.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational performance and employee engagement.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
