Job Description

About the Role

Mace is seeking a Senior Manager Stakeholder Management to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and overseeing the implementation and delivery of stakeholder management services to support commissions, while also providing leadership and guidance to team members within the assigned Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity, and responsible delivery across all projects.
  • Deliver projects through clear planning, robust quality systems, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
  • Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
  • Lead teams to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), share best practices, and unlock potential across Mace.
  • Lead stakeholder management strategies, frameworks, and service delivery for assigned commissions.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet expectations and deliver outcomes.
  • Govern standards, reporting, KPIs, risks, and compliance in line with Mace and client requirements.
  • Mentor teams, integrate disciplines, support resourcing, and champion net-zero carbon delivery.

Core Accountabilities

  • Promote Mace's value of Safety First, exhibiting visible safety behaviours, sharing lessons learned, and utilising Mace's HSW framework.
  • Possess technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to the project portfolio.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive working environment and understand the importance of team wellbeing.
  • Ensure robust quality systems are in place and managed in line with service excellence.
  • Manage delivery from project inception/brief through design development, planning, contractor procurement, and construction phase, in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed milestones.
  • Manage tasks and deliverables in support of senior leaders and project teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets and highlight any risks, challenges, and mitigations.
  • Support the long-term development of the function or Business Unit, contributing to a sustainable business future.
  • Commit to making a positive impact for people, clients, and the planet, and hold others accountable to Mace values.
  • Manage design and wider consultant teams collaboratively to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
  • Lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project KPIs.
  • Actively network, innovate, and seek best practices, utilising the knowledge of Mace Group, Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre, and Knowledge Hub.

Qualifications and Experience
