The Role of Stakeholder Manager

Assystem Radicon is seeking a Stakeholder Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience, focusing on managing and coordinating stakeholder interactions for complex projects. The Stakeholder Manager will be instrumental in ensuring effective communication and alignment between various parties, contributing to project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the stakeholder register, engagement plan, communication matrix, and stakeholder action tracker.
  • Coordinate with authorities, utilities, operators, and internal workstreams to identify requirements and constraints.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, record minutes, track actions, and ensure requirements are transferred to design, procurement, and permitting teams.
  • Support the alignment of stakeholder inputs with FEL3, RFP, permitting, and construction requirements.
  • Escalate unresolved stakeholder issues and support management decision-making with clear options.

Key Result Areas

  • Accuracy of the stakeholder register.

  • Maintenance of communication records.

Quality and HSE Responsibilities

The Stakeholder Manager is responsible for upholding quality management and HSE standards. This includes requesting necessary resources for the quality management system, ensuring compliance with laws and ethical rules, and carrying out project activities in accordance with the Quality Management System. Additionally, the role involves implementing Assystem safety programs, maintaining organized work areas, reporting hazards, participating in risk controls, and ensuring personal and team safety.

Experience and Location

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and is a full-time engagement. Salary details will be disclosed during the recruitment process.
