About the Role

CEER is seeking a Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships & Business Development for a full-time position based in Riyadh. This role is central to identifying, developing, and managing high-level partnerships with global OEMs, technology providers, and new mobility players. The objective is to ensure a sustainable footprint for CEER within the global automotive industry.

Role Purpose and Strategic Impact

The primary purpose of this position is to drive CEER's strategic growth and enhance its global positioning. This is achieved by cultivating and leading key relationships that create long-term value, support sustained strategic expansion, and align with the company's long-term objectives in the dynamic automotive sector.

Key Accountabilities

• Identify and prioritize high-value partnership opportunities by conducting comprehensive market intelligence, competitive analysis, and due-diligence assessments to evaluate suitability and strategic fit.
• Lead global strategic relationships with OEMs and other key global partners to drive long-term value creation and enhance CEER’s global standing.
• Lead end-to-end complex contract negotiations, from initial exploratory discussions to finalizing long-term partnership agreements and managing RFQ processes, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a strong, forward-looking business development pipeline, ensuring systematic tracking of opportunities and delivering regular, insight-driven progress reports to top management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technological innovations, such as advancements in battery technologies and AI integration, to proactively identify new growth opportunities and inform CEER’s strategic direction.

Operational Leadership and Compliance

• Achieve assigned objectives through the setting of individual goals, managing performance, and developing staff.
• Participate in the development of the section’s business plans in accordance with departmental objectives.
• Ensure the effective implementation of policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned activities.
• Prepare the section’s budget and monitor financial performance against it, ensuring activities align with approved guidelines.
• Manage the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices, considering leading standards and cost reduction.
• Ensure that all section reports are prepared timely and accurately, meeting CEER’s requirements, policies, and quality standards.
• Ensure non-disclosure of confidential information both within and outside CEER.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment policies and standards across all business functions under the department.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field, ideally within strategic partnerships, business development, or the automotive and technology sectors.
