This role is part of a major program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project involves a large-scale mixed-use development, encompassing sports facilities, entertainment venues, arts centers, and all necessary associated infrastructure. Mace Group operates as one of the delivery partners for this project, requiring experienced professionals to lead integrated teams across all project phases.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Structure provides technical leadership in structural engineering, ensuring design quality, compliance, and sustainability from concept through construction. This full-time position supports coordinated design delivery, consultant performance, value engineering, and stakeholder engagement to develop investment-grade office assets and meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Safety First, wellbeing, and inclusive behaviors throughout project delivery.
• Manage quality, program, and deliverables from the initial brief through construction.
• Oversee budgets, risks, governance, and sustainable business outcomes.
• Manage teams, stakeholders, and consultants to drive performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee structural engineering design, reviews, coordination, and technical assurance.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and authorities to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
• Drive high-performing teams, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering and project leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and ensure design quality and compliance.
• Experience in managing integrated teams and engaging with various stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working on a large-scale development program. The role requires collaboration with high-calibre professionals and integrated teams.
