Mace is a delivery partner for this initiative, seeking experienced professionals to lead integrated teams across all project phases.

The Role of Senior Manager Structure

The Senior Manager Structure provides technical leadership in structural engineering, ensuring design quality, compliance, and sustainability from concept through construction. This part-time position supports coordinated design delivery, manages consultant performance, contributes to value engineering, and engages with stakeholders to develop investment-grade office assets while meeting regulatory requirements. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Safety First, wellbeing, and inclusive behaviours throughout project delivery.
• Manage quality, programme, and deliverables from brief through construction.
• Oversee budgets, risks, governance, and sustainable business outcomes.
• Manage teams, stakeholders, and consultants to drive performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Champion Safety First, wellbeing, and Qiddiya values across all activities.
• Oversee structural engineering design, reviews, coordination, and technical assurance.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and authorities to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
• Drive high-performing teams, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across delivery.

Experience and Location

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. This part-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
