Role Overview

The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, managing casework, and ensuring the delivery of accurate legal options. The role requires the ability to analyze complex proposals, develop recommendations, and resolve escalated issues while upholding ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, addressing queries and providing legal guidance for immigration needs.
• Analyze complex ideas or proposals and formulate meaningful recommendations.
• Utilize multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions.
• Leverage data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making processes.
• Develop a perspective on key global trends and their impact on clients.
• Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and achieve positive outcomes for all parties.
• Manage and resolve issues and escalations arising from complex case matters.
• Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points for clarity.
• Manage multiple and challenging country business immigration engagements to ensure client delivery.
• Oversee caseworkers and junior attorneys in case management and immigration law application.
• Manage client relationships by ensuring accurate and appropriate legal options are provided and discussed.
• Review applications and work from junior team members, providing sign-off before submission.
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in immigration law and client management. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex legal cases effectively.
