Senior Mechanical Engineer

About the Role

SnagProperty Inspection Services LLC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a Saudi National, focusing on mechanical systems within property inspection services. The role requires a professional with significant hands-on experience in various mechanical engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and conducting inspections related to HVAC systems.
• Managing and evaluating plumbing and drainage systems.
• Assessing firefighting systems for compliance and functionality.
• Inspecting and troubleshooting various pump systems.
• Evaluating LPG systems for safety and operational standards.
• Performing testing and commissioning (T&C) procedures for mechanical installations.
• Conducting snagging and de-snagging processes to identify and resolve defects.
• Facilitating project handover procedures, ensuring all mechanical aspects are complete and documented.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
• Demonstrated strong hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Proven expertise in pumps, LPG systems, and testing and commissioning (T&C).
• Experience with snagging, de-snagging, and project handover processes.
• Must be a Saudi National.

Work Environment and Compensation

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a professional team environment dedicated to property inspection services. The salary offered for this role is SAR 8,000–10,000 per month.
