The Senior Mixologist Role

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Senior Mixologist will lead beverage preparation operations, focusing on the creation, preparation, and presentation of high-quality beverages. This full-time role involves ensuring consistency, achieving guest satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The Senior Mixologist is responsible for driving innovation in beverage offerings, providing team support, managing inventory control, and upholding excellence in overall beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium hot, cold, and specialty beverages in adherence to company recipes and standards.
• Develop innovative signature beverage concepts and seasonal menu offerings.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste across all preparations.
• Maintain beverage preparation equipment and ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering, receiving, and control procedures.
• Minimize waste and contribute to cost-control initiatives within the beverage department.
• Train, coach, and mentor beverage staff on preparation techniques and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and Saudi health requirements.
• Support management in achieving sales and operational performance targets.
• Deliver exceptional guest engagement and provide informed recommendations for beverage options.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty beverages, cafés, restaurants, or hospitality operations.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Advanced knowledge of coffee, tea, mocktails, specialty beverages, and various beverage preparation techniques.
• Experience in team leadership and staff training is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to listen, act quickly, and think innovatively.
• A strong belief in customer service and treating every person with kindness.
• Proactive in speaking up, generating ideas, and sharing them with the team.
