The Role of a Mixologist

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving exceptional mocktails and other beverages to guests within the hotel's bar and lounge areas. This full-time position requires strong mixology skills, a comprehensive understanding of current mocktail trends, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The role is based in Riyadh and contributes directly to the guest experience at The Red Palace.

Key Responsibilities

• Concoct and serve high-quality mocktails using premium free-spirits and fresh ingredients, ensuring consistent and precise preparation according to standardized recipes.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the hotel's beverage menu and non-alcoholic offerings, providing knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs, engaging in a friendly and personable manner, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Restaurant / Beverage Manager as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are in good condition.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure sufficient stock.
• Adhere to all applicable safety and sanitation policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant / Beverage Manager and the wider Food & Beverage team to optimize workflows and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar mixology or beverage service role.
• Demonstrated exceptional mixology skills and a deep understanding of mocktail trends.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and engage guests.
