The Role: Senior Operative Store

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Senior Operative Store to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring efficient stock management within the retail environment. The Senior Operative Store will contribute to operational excellence by meticulously following established procedures for stock counting and item scanning, ensuring data integrity and smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all relevant Stock Count policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Implement assigned activities under close supervision.
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure efficient and timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure that each individual item is accurately scanned during inventory processes.
• Highlight all issues of concern to the Supervisor during the count that may impact the accuracy of the stock count result.
• Cooperate with others to complete the Stock Count Scanning tasks effectively.
• Ensure an accurate check and recheck of items scanned.
• Ensure collection of scanners, cradles, and all other accessories, and count them before leaving the Store premises.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Stockroom Operative in a retail setting.
• Experience within the fashion retail sector is preferred.
