The Store Operative Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Operative to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Store Operative plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock records and supporting efficient store operations through meticulous inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all relevant Stock Count policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and controlled work execution.
• Implement assigned activities under close supervision, escalating complex problems to the appropriate person for efficient and timely resolution.
• Ensure accurate scanning of each individual item during stock counts.
• Highlight any issues of concern to the Supervisor during the count that may impact the accuracy of the stock count result.
• Collaborate with team members to complete the Stock Count Scanning process.
• Perform accurate checks and rechecks of scanned items.
• Collect all scanners, cradles, and other accessories, ensuring they are counted before leaving the store premises.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience as a Stockroom operative in a retail environment, preferably within the fashion sector.
