SENIOR PATIENT ACCEPTANCE INTERVIEWER

About the Role

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center (KFSH) in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Patient Acceptance Interviewer. This full-time role involves coordinating patient referrals with Medical Departments and Case Management, processing medical physicians’ opinions, and managing patient cases from referral to completion. The position requires 2-5 years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort all incoming referrals from medical departments.
• Coordinate with Section Heads of medical departments to complete pending referrals.
• File all referrals in chronological order for efficient retrieval.
• Coordinate services and resolve issues related to the automated system with departments and employees.
• Evaluate all rejected cases to provide assistance to patients.
• Close all cases upon completion.
• Adhere to all Hospital-related policies and procedures.
• Participate in self and others’ education, training, and development as applicable.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.
• A minimum of three (3) years of related experience is required.
