Role Summary

The Senior Patient Acceptance Interviewer coordinates with various medical departments and case management teams regarding patient referrals. This includes receiving and processing medical physicians' opinions to ensure efficient patient acceptance procedures. The role is central to managing the flow of patient referrals within the hospital system.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort all incoming acted-upon referrals from Medical Departments.
• Coordinate with concerned individuals in Medical Departments to finalize pending referrals.
• File all referrals in chronological order for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
• Coordinate services and resolve issues related to the automated system with departments and employees.
• Evaluate all rejected cases to provide assistance to patients.
• Close all cases upon completion of the referral process.
• Adhere to all Hospital's related Policies and Procedures.
• Participate in self and others' education, training, and development as applicable.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or another related discipline is required.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
