About the Role

Magrabi Health is seeking an Admissions Officer to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing essential patient support during the registration and admission processes, serving as the primary point of contact for patients, and ensuring a professional experience while maintaining accurate administrative records.

Role Purpose

The Admissions Officer is responsible for facilitating a smooth and efficient patient journey from initial registration through to admission. This includes verifying patient details, coordinating appointments, and ensuring all data is accurately recorded in healthcare systems. The role requires effective communication with both patients and internal departments to support operational flow and patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify personal and insurance information.
• Coordinate patient admission and appointment activities.
• Ensure accurate entry of patient data into healthcare systems.
• Guide patients through registration and admission procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative departments.
• Handle patient inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Support compliance with organizational policies and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience; previous customer service, reception, patient registration, or healthcare administration experience is preferred.

Work Location

This position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with potential work in Jeddah as well.
