The Role: Senior Procurement Manager

REDCON International Co. is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement activities for large construction and EPC projects. The role involves strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation for materials, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier evaluation processes to ensure optimal selection.
• Manage and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with project and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and generate comprehensive reports.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Continuously work towards improving procurement performance and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction or EPC sector.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and project requirements.
• Proven track record in cost optimization, risk management, and ensuring timely resource availability.

Work Location

This position is based full-time, on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
