Rkkb is an HVAC contractor that manages projects from engineering through to handover. The company is currently seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position.

Role Overview

The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing project procurement activities, with a focus on home appliances and general project materials. This role involves overseeing the procurement cycle from initial request to final delivery, ensuring alignment with project schedules and financial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project procurement cycle, from purchase request generation to delivery.
• Source, compare, and negotiate quotations from various suppliers.
• Develop and assess a network of suppliers and agents for home appliances, HVAC components, and other materials.
• Monitor purchase orders and delivery timelines against established project schedules.
• Coordinate procurement activities with project teams, warehouse operations, and finance departments.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in procurement, specifically including home appliances and project-based procurement.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Saudi supplier and agent market.
• Strong negotiation and quotation analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Prior experience in the HVAC or contracting industry is preferred.
