About the Senior Product Manager Role at Agoda

Agoda is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its team. Founded in 2005 and now part of Booking Holdings, Agoda is a global travel company with over 7,000 employees from 90 countries, driven by data and technology. This full-time, individual contributor position is based in Bangkok, with relocation assistance provided.

Role Context and Impact

In this role, you will be responsible for building products end-to-end, focusing on analytical insights and experimentation to develop tailored solutions for travelers. You will drive product strategy, collaborate closely with senior leadership across functions, and deliver innovative travel solutions. The Product team operates with minimal bureaucracy, empowering Product Managers to take ownership and implement changes quickly. You will have direct impact on Agoda's growth and strategy, working with dedicated engineering resources and engaging directly with SCRUM teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the online travel ecosystem, market trends, competitive landscape, and user needs.
  • Conceptualize, launch, and optimize products and features through experimentation and rapid iteration.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and UX teams on product development.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems by working across different regions, product areas, and functions.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
  • Proven experience leveraging analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and launching products.
  • Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex problems and driving change.
  • A hands-on mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An MBA or Master's degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
  • Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, individual contributor role based in Bangkok. Relocation assistance is provided. Candidates will be considered for roles within User Experience, Marketing, Finance, or Supply product verticals, based on alignment with interests and competencies.
