The Product Manager Role

The Product Manager will be responsible for shaping Fina One’s product direction and improving how merchants sell across channels and manage their operations. This involves a strong customer understanding, sound product judgment, and the ability to lead cross-functional delivery from discovery through launch and adoption. Success will be measured through active merchant growth, activation and adoption, engagement and retention, transaction and sales volume, successful roadmap delivery, merchant satisfaction, and the commercial impact of new features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery plan for Fina One.
  • Identify merchant needs through customer research, product data, and market analysis.
  • Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation through launch and optimization.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, operations, onboarding, and customer success teams.
  • Improve merchant onboarding, setup, activation, and ongoing product usage.
  • Monitor product adoption, engagement, retention, transaction activity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize features based on customer value, commercial impact, and delivery effort.
  • Coordinate product launches, documentation, training, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Support integrations with payments, e-commerce, accounting, delivery, and other third-party platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Product management experience in SaaS, fintech, POS, e-commerce, retail technology, or business software.
  • Proven experience managing merchant-facing or B2B digital products.
  • Strong understanding of merchant workflows, including sales, inventory, orders, customers, and reporting.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Track record of launching products and improving adoption, engagement, or commercial performance.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
