About the Role

Astek Middle East is seeking a Senior Product Manager Salesforce Platforms to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves owning and scaling Salesforce-based digital products within a rapidly expanding food delivery technology platform. The position focuses on driving product strategy and execution for Salesforce solutions that support various operational and business functions.

Role Focus and Context

The Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in enhancing Salesforce solutions for operations, merchant management, customer experience, and internal business teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem, demonstrate a startup mindset, and apply a business-driven product approach. Prior experience within food delivery or similar on-demand platforms is relevant for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce-based platforms and tools.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to launch and optimization.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and operations teams.
• Prioritize the backlog and support Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including planning, grooming, and reviews.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals, scalability, and performance needs.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), user feedback, and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, commercial, marketing, and support teams.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis within the food delivery and on-demand ecosystem.
• Act as the key product owner for Salesforce initiatives and enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in tech-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce solutions.
• Prior exposure to food delivery, marketplace, e-commerce, or on-demand platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
• Ability to work closely with technical Salesforce teams without requiring hands-on coding.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
