The company is now extending its mission of making healthy living accessible to retail and other verticals. This full-time Senior Product Manager position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or requires willingness to relocate.

Role Scope and Impact

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the product experience that governs how meals are prepared, tracked, and delivered to subscribers. This scope includes production planning, logistics, and supply chain systems across all six GCC markets, with Saudi Arabia representing the largest and most complex operational environment. The role involves translating operational constraints, such as kitchen capacity, delivery fleet capabilities, and sourcing limitations, into product decisions that directly impact customer experience, utilizing AI to manage ad-hoc situations and prioritize critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap across all six GCC markets.
• Partner cross-functionally to strengthen operational fundamentals, including on-time delivery, production efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Translate real-world constraints like kitchen capacity, delivery fleet, and ingredient sourcing into product tradeoffs that protect the customer experience.
• Build and deploy AI-powered tools and agents that automate or augment operational decisions.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to build scalable systems.
• Analyze how operational failures contribute to customer churn and prioritize solutions accordingly.
• Engage closely with production teams and spend time in kitchens to understand operational flows and ground-level team operations.
• Conduct customer and competitive research to maintain awareness of customer needs and market trends.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 6-8 years of product management experience, including 2-3 years in operations or marketplace capacity.
• A proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder systems.
• Comfortable working directly on the ground with kitchen and logistics teams.
• AI-native proficiency: demonstrated daily use of AI tools in professional work, ability to prototype in Claude Code without engineering dependency, and experience shipping an AI or agentic feature.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
