About the Role

Linnk Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a specialization in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a leading client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role involves leading the UAT strategy and execution for digital products. The primary objective is to ensure that every product release delivers a high-quality customer experience through effective validation processes. The role requires collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, and Operations teams to validate new features and support successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UAT strategy, including the development of test plans, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to define and execute customer-focused UAT scenarios.
• Plan and manage internal and external UAT programs, which include beta testing initiatives.
• Analyze testing results, customer feedback, and product data to identify issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Support go/no-go release decisions by presenting comprehensive UAT findings and risk assessments.
• Improve UAT processes, frameworks, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance overall product quality and release efficiency.
• Work with QA and DevOps teams to integrate UAT seamlessly into Agile and CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience in consumer software, digital products, AI/ML, voice-enabled products, smart devices, or mobile applications.
• Proven experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), beta testing, or product validation within an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), release management, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria, test plans, customer journeys, and UAT success metrics.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, Voice AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), smart devices, or consumer digital products is highly preferred.

Required Skills and Tools

• Strong analytical skills, with experience utilizing customer feedback, telemetry, product analytics, and defect metrics to inform product decisions.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration and testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Location and Work Type

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.
