Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Control & Planning Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing and maintaining integrated master programs and overseeing various aspects of project control and planning for large-scale projects.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Control & Planning Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive management of project schedules and progress. This includes developing detailed programs, monitoring critical paths, and conducting thorough analyses to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and effectively. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating schedule risks across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated master program, encompassing design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Review contractor baseline, recovery, revised, and look-ahead programs to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor critical and near-critical paths, project milestones, interfaces, and schedule risks.
• Manage progress measurement, Earned Value Analysis, forecasting, and delay analysis.
• Prepare executive dashboards, S-curves, manpower histograms, and variance reports for stakeholders.
• Assess Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and conduct Time Impact Analysis.
• Coordinate schedule information effectively with commercial, technical, procurement, and construction teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project control and planning, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex integrated master programs.
• Proficiency in project planning software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills for progress measurement, forecasting, and delay analysis.
