Role Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Sitewide Infrastructure) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing support to direct reports, fostering teamwork, contributing technical inputs to project teams, and ensuring client objectives are met. The Senior Project Manager will be a key member of the team, responsible for the successful delivery of projects within specified constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful project delivery regarding progress, quality, and cost budgetary constraints.
• Review and approve technical documents submitted by the Developer to the Client, verifying compliance with Project Specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet agreed standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements at each project stage.
• Oversee overall project stakeholder relationships and adjust engagement strategies and plans as needed.
• Develop and establish policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, developing, managing, executing, and controlling the project schedule, including monitoring tasks and workflows to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and document specific actions, including establishing milestones, required to produce project deliverables.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, managing, expending, and controlling project costs.
• Identify and manage project issues through to resolution.
• Develop a robust change control system by setting a project baseline and identifying, reviewing, approving, and monitoring proposed changes to the project scope.
• Develop detailed specifications based on design guidelines provided to the developer.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Ability to manage and coordinate inputs from project stakeholders and appointed contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in assessing and resolving site planning and coordination issues.
• Application of quality management principles and processes.
• Application of risk assessment and management principles and processes.
• Effective networking, negotiation, and influencing skills; ability to broker relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to the project.
• Awareness of the broader perspective and its impact on project outcomes.
