Senior Project Manager Landscape

About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager Landscape to lead complex multidisciplinary infrastructure programs and strategic infrastructure advisory assignments. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working across large-scale urban developments, cities, and national initiatives. The role requires extensive project management expertise combined with a strong understanding of city-wide infrastructure systems, including transportation, utilities, digital infrastructure, sustainability, resilience, and urban development planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage complex multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop project execution plans, manage risks, and oversee resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
• Lead integrated teams comprising planners, engineers, economists, environmental specialists, digital experts, and project controls professionals.
• Advise public and private sector clients on long-term infrastructure strategies, investment priorities, implementation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and delivery models.
• Lead the development of city-wide and regional infrastructure strategies aligned with growth, economic development, sustainability, and resilience objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government stakeholders, infrastructure authorities, developers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the infrastructure and land development sectors, leading proposal development and commercial negotiations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, planners, engineers, and advisors.
• Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, profitability, and resource utilization.
• Champion a strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture, ensuring compliance with company management systems and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in leading complex multidisciplinary infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in city-wide infrastructure systems, including transportation, utilities, digital infrastructure, sustainability, resilience, and urban development planning.
• Proven ability to advise clients on infrastructure strategies, investment planning, and implementation.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing project risks and resources.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in client engagement, business development, and financial management of projects.

Client and Stakeholder Management

The Senior Project Manager will serve as a senior client interface and trusted advisor throughout project delivery. This includes facilitating executive workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder consultations. The role requires identifying client needs and proactively developing solutions that create long-term value and strengthen client relationships, while representing AtkinsRéalis in high-profile client engagements and industry forums.
