The Role

Egis is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Site Supervision) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing all aspects of site operations and project execution. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The position requires leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proven track record in managing complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor site teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
• Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and regulatory submissions required by local Saudi Arabian authorities.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and government agencies, to address concerns and maintain transparent communication.
• Analyze and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control measures are implemented throughout all construction phases.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges.
• Manage procurement and logistics for site materials and equipment, optimizing resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, safety incidents, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and refine project schedules using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in site supervision roles.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
