The Role of Senior Project Manager

Innovative Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity projects and strategic initiatives. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential project involvement in Al Khobar and Jeddah. The role requires overseeing multiple projects, managing cross-functional teams, and engaging with executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity projects and programs from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, implementing effective mitigation plans.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
• Monitor project financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal departments, partners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and project team members.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT solutions sector. The role demands a proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role may involve collaboration with teams and stakeholders across other company offices in Al Khobar and Jeddah.
