Senior QA Engineer Development

About the Role

Urban Tech is seeking a Senior QA Engineer - Development to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a long-term project focused on Odoo CRM and Managed Services. The role requires a dedicated professional with substantial experience in software quality assurance, specifically within a development context.

Project Context

This role is integral to a critical Odoo CRM / Managed Services project. The project demands senior-level expertise to ensure the quality and reliability of Odoo CRM releases, integrations, and ongoing services. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for Odoo CRM releases.
• Test APIs and integrations between Odoo and third-party systems.
• Log, triage, and track defects through to closure, and verify fixes.
• Maintain and extend the automated regression suite.
• Define entry and exit criteria and provide release sign-off recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts throughout each sprint.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in software quality assurance is required.
• Proven experience in Saudi Arabia in the same or a closely related role is mandatory.
• Experience must be demonstrable through the CV and previous projects.
• Candidates must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and available for interviews and project mobilization.
