Role Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks specifically for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
• Review contract documents to ensure compliance with cost parameters.
• Measure completed work and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for changes or additional works.
• Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project cost performance and report any deviations.
• Evaluate contractor invoices and provide support for contract administration.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, particularly within infrastructure projects.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
