Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing commercial and contractual management, ensuring accurate cost tracking for infrastructure projects, and contributing to the successful delivery of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead measurement, cost control, and contract administration activities for projects.
• Prepare major variation claims, cost impact assessments, and comprehensive commercial reports.
• Review and approve Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity breakdowns, and valuations.
• Conduct risk analysis specifically for cost overruns and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior Quantity Surveyor staff and ensure coordination with finance, planning, and engineering teams.
• Participate in client and contractor negotiations, as well as project reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, particularly within infrastructure projects. A strong understanding of commercial and contractual management principles is essential.
