Alstom is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

This role involves supporting the Sales and Business Development team to achieve growth and implement strategic initiatives. The Senior Sales Coordinator will apply organizational and problem-solving expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams such as Commercial Operations and Customer Directors to ensure smooth cross-functional communication and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring effective coordination of day-to-day commercial operations.
• Providing operational support across all commercial functions.
• Supporting the preparation of commercial proposals by organizing essential documentation and inputs.
• Maintaining and updating customer procurement tools (*, SAP Ariba, GEP).
• Owning and managing the Commercial SharePoint and other internal tools.
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing purchase orders, invoicing, and order tracking.
• Arranging business travel and processing expense claims through corporate systems.
• Assisting the Customer Director by organizing and maintaining key business information and reports.

Candidate Profile
