About the Opportunity

Falconviz is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead sales activities for its StockViz Application. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers a competitive salary range of 8,000 SAR to 12,000 SAR. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in geology and mining with strong sales and customer relationship management skills, focusing on the mining industry within the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer will be instrumental in driving the adoption and growth of the StockViz Application within the Saudi Arabian mining sector. This involves developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with potential and existing clients, and providing tailored solutions. A deep understanding of the local mining industry, including its software solutions, regulations, and laws, is essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve quarterly sales targets for the StockViz Application.
• Identify and engage potential clients within the mining sector, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, customizing them to client needs and highlighting the value and capabilities of StockViz.
• Travel extensively to mining sites across Saudi Arabia to meet clients, assess operational challenges, and propose customized solutions using StockViz.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing technical and application-related support.
• Leverage expertise in geology and mining to understand and address specific client requirements effectively.
• Stay informed on KSA mining regulations and laws, ensuring compliance and using this knowledge to guide clients.
• Demonstrate familiarity with related mining software and articulate how StockViz complements existing systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging, materials, and system support.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales progress, client feedback, and market trends.
• Work with the product team to relay client needs and insights for future product enhancements.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and subscription targets as defined by quarterly objectives.
