About the Senior Sales Operations Specialist Role

Holool Aloula (NCBS National Company for Business Solutions) is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization through robust operational support.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Operations Specialist will be instrumental in supporting the sales team by optimizing processes, managing data, and providing critical insights. This role ensures the sales organization operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to strategic sales objectives.

  • Maintain the accuracy of sales data across CRM and other sales systems.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze sales trends, KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline performance to deliver actionable insights.
  • Provide support for sales forecasting, target setting, and territory planning.
  • Monitor sales processes to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Support incentive calculations, commission validation, and sales performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain sales documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
  • Coordinate sales projects, initiatives, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and sales governance standards.
  • Train and support sales teams on CRM usage and reporting tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong foundation in sales operations and analytical skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Excellence, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems (*, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and ERP systems.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
